Day 2 Prague continued

Ok after a great breakfast we headed off to the Jewish quarter, it’s Saturday, can you spot the idiots? No, well let me explain Saturday is the sabbath and it was all closed! So it was over the bridge to the palace. I am sure you are all fed up with hearing about how amazing the buildings are so I won’t go on about it, but it was great!

We had a wander around St Vitus’s Cathedral which was pretty awesome, followed by the Old Palace were behavior deteriorated. Do not open the window, so Alan opens the window, do not touch so Alan touches! Need I say more. Bit of planking had to be had. The Basilica of St George was next followed by the Golden Lane and torture chamber, by this time of course our attention span was wavering and we had a bit of a lark around with the equipment that we then realized we were not to touch because it said “do not touch exhibition” oops!

Beany, Andy and myself played with an axe! I planked in the palace hall, Alan posed on a very high wall and we tried on the shackles for size! Well anyway here are some photos from Prague so far!

About revthreads

I originally decided to get a blog because I think any adventure, travel experience should be journaled and then thought it's good to share. Some things may be interesting to others and other things not so much but sharing is good! I love to travel, I don't get to do as much as I would like, ultimately it would be my dream to just pack up, head off and keep going for as long as possible seeing and experiencing new things, meeting new and interesting people. Like a lot of people I have family and work commitments that keep me grounded, but I am fortunate enough to have a fair few opportunities to head out and live life to the full.

Great to hear from you guys and to know that you are having such a fabulous time exploring other parts of the world apart from India! Travel safe, and know that we are thinking of you on the other side of the world. I hope this gets to you, I am not that savvy with this sort of stuff. from Yvonne and Maurie.
